Homemade pasta!

Daddy's birthday was on the 27th and his mom made him homemade lasagna for his birthday dinner. She recently got a pasta maker and has been having a blast doing homemade noodles. So of course, she made the pasta for the lasagna!

Here's Rickson snooping around up on the counter. He's checking out the pasta roller and you can see the lump of pasta dough hanging out on the mixer hook there.

He was fascinated watching grammy roll out the dough. And so was I!





Then Calli came in and tried her hand at it...





It was definitely the BEST lasagna I've ever had and that's saying a lot because my mother-in-law is an amazing cook, so all her lasagna is great. Those fresh homemade noodles were delicious!
